Protea is designed using artwork created by stock artists.
After purchasing a Protea family tree, you will receive an email confirmation to a form so you can fill in your family names and important dates. We will use this information to design your family tree and then send you a digital proof to check and approve.
After final approval, your family tree is printed on archival Felix Schoeller True Fibre 200 gsm paper using quality ink. We carefully wrap your artwork in protective paper and ship it in a sturdy mailing tube.
Allow 3 working days from submission of your completed content form to receive your first digital pdf for checking and approval. Final prints are shipped 7 working days after final approval.
If you would like to print your own family tree, we will send you a print-ready PDF via email once you have given your final approval.
Please be aware that the design shown is merely an example of the style, and we can customize the layout to meet your specific needs, whether it be for an ancestor, descendant, or couple family tree.
